We have a Digi Card that we cannot use, as we only have 1 aerial point in the house we are now in. Do we need to contact customer support by telephone to cancel this as we are still paying forthe Digi Card.

@Biggsp , We have just cancelled your DigiCard with immediate effect. Please send the DigiCard back to us as it is rented. You can create and use a return label online for the return.
