Hi All
Does anyone know what the error code 8230 is? I am receiving this error code when I try to watch a programme on replay.

Thanks for the reply. I have been told it is an issue my end and have been told an engineer will have to come out to me.
Which is correct? A problem at UPC’s end or mine?

@Biggsp, both statements are correct. However, error 8230 does not affect all customers, but only one small distribution station. A technician might come to you because your signal values are bad - in any case it is good that the technician comes and can adjust everything.

If the distribution station is the one that covers the Twann area, then something needs to be done. This is not the first time we have had problems here.
