Apologies which is the house icon on the Horizon remote?
In our recording library we have only used 67%

Not able to record

Hi All,
We are not able to record any programs, an error message appears “you have planned the maximum number of recordings” to add more go into your library delete an existing one & then record.
We have done this several times but it still does not work.
Please advise.

@Allyd1 , thanks for the Screenshot. How much storage space in the cloud did you use? You can check this as follows:

- on the remote control click on the house icon

- go to saved

- on recorded, choose See all

 

Now you can see in the top left corner how much percent the usage is.
