Hi, My connect box and internet had been working all day and suddenly this evening it stopped working. The arrows on the box are flashing green and the wifi icon is green too. I tried resetting the box, checked the temperature and also checked the cables. I am Not sure what is wrong. I got on to the upc page and tried a configure test and it says my home network has problems the checking broadband service. Can anyone help?
It's hard to help you by not having access to the tools, that upc support has. If you call the hotline, they can check your plug and also the signal. Perhaps other customers in your building have the same error?
