Horizon Box - The Internet problem saga continues

Hello All

 

As from the subject its clear that it is not new

I have a Horizon super trio connection which i changed multiple times. I had internet with modem , then UPC suggested me to move to Horizon and thats where things went berserk. I have changed 2 horizon boxes and this is my third box for which i am paying more to get more speed . But the wifi connection is still not giving the kind of speed you expect. I have tried different channels in admin page but the problem persists. i cannot access two phones parallely at home over wifi, i cant access wifi network in my other room which is just next to where the box is. I have already discussed this multiple time and still the problem continues. 

 

I want to know what is the solution to this ? How can i get back my connection with model as the horizon box does not work. I dont want to use the internet with horizon as its not worth spending money when there is no service as claimed. 

 

Please let me know how to get modem internet back
