Internet constantly disconnecting !!!

Our Internet quality is very very bad - the signal keeps dropping and it is absolutely impossible to watch videos online or play music via Spotify without interruptions every 5 - 10 mins.

For 89 CHF a month this is absolutely unacceptable and it would be greatly appreciated, if you could do something about this.

 

Also, we are paying for 250 Mbits and the download speed is not even 13!

The same situation with us. The Wi-Fi connection to UPC Connect Box is breaking every 3-5minutes. How can we get it solved?
