Is there any confirmation email or something I need to do while moving houses?
I filled out the form on the "My UPC" page and it was said that internet is not available on my new address and that support will contact me.
This was about 2 weeks ago and no contact from UPC so far. Should I just send resignation letter for the internet (I'm still keeping my 2 mobile numbers)?

I am moving my house so I filled up the required form on "My UPC" page. On filling the form I got a message that Internet was not available and support will contact me. It has been more than 2 weeks but no one has contacted me. I have called UPC up, sent them an email, and also filled up the form again but no action at all so far. Perhaps I need to surrender my connection and take it from a better supplier.
