I have a white connect box with 100 Mbps plan, however my internet is working very slow.
Internet is also breaking sometimes in between while watching video.
Could anyone please guide me over here?

How are you connected to the ConnectBox? Lan or WLAN?
If WLAN, can you test with a cable connection? Does the problem still persist?
If you still have problems with the cable connection, then I would contact the support-line under 0800 66 88 66. They can measure the HF signal quality of your socket. Maybe there's a signal problem.
