just changed my connect Box password online at 192.168.0.1 from the standard password that comes with the box. Now I cant log in, it won't accept either my new or old password.
Also, there is no prompt for a password reset to send a temporsry password to my email address.
So now I am Locked OUT, and cant get in to change the settings or password on the WLAN.
I have changed browsers, logged out and in, still will not accept my password,
The only solution if you messed up with passwords is to roll back the Connect box to Factory defaults.
To do that you have to press and hold the RESET button for at least 5 seconds. The Box will restart and it may take between 5 to 30 minutes to be ready
I have the same issue with newly installed 1GB router. Neither old nor new passowrd works and calling the support did not help. Resetting router does not help either. Time to depart from UP to a better provider. Wasted 2 hours of my weekend already.
