I am in Cagiallo (6955) and we have been without Internet since 16:30 yesterday, over 18 hours. My wife has been on hold for an hour, then hung up on. This is absolutely terrible and unacceptable.
I also live in Cagiallo, but I have a business connection. i have been having random outages over the last two weeks myself. It's currently up, but you never know when it's going to go down. CableX is coming to check our lines tomorrow. Good luck, I know how unhelpful UPS support can be...
