Port Forwarding

Hi,

I have a Ubee EVW3226 modem,I'm try to configure the port forwarding,but when i finish and save it says that the port failed.What should i do?

 @Sebi07 ,Please contact our technical support. They will check with you if your modem is defective and needs to be replaced with a new model.

I want to make a Ark:Survival Evolved server,I use the ipv4 (192.168)and i want to put the port 27015,but it says that the port failed ,i tried with others ports but it didn't work.

@Sebi07 , Please try to set your modem to factory settings. Gently press the reset button on the back with a needle for about 30 seconds. After the modem is online again, you can try again.

Did you try 27015 instead of 27015-27015?

Can you try other ports? Like port 80? Or 8080?

Is the IP correct? Is it static?

 

According to https://portforward.com/ark-survival-evolved/ you have to forward only 27015 for TCP and not UDP but you selected "Both". Choose TCP only.

If i put 27015 or any other port it automatically double it.
Yes i tried with others ports.
The ip is correct.
And i tried with only TCP or UDP, but nothing.
