I am paying for the fastest Internet option from UPC, supposedly 250 Mbps for 89 CHF a month.
However, the speed is less than 10 Mbps in real life (see attached speed test results).
I have sent you two e-mails and received no response. I have also tried to contact your Helpdesk, but after 15 minutes of listening to hold music lost patience.
Can anybody help please?
