Repeat of extremely poor 250Mb support in Zurich area
Once again, UPC Cablecom is providing inferior service.
Despite having opened a trouble ticket a week ago (7775891), network failure for internet connections continue and there is no improvement in service. As the attached chart shows, UPC quality of service is very poor and customer service quite lacking.
Calling customer service this morning, I receive excuses that the trouble ticket remains open and Tier 1 has no other suggestion that the foolish "reboot box" suggestion. UPC Cablecomm Tier 1 support is incompetent and utterly ineffective.
