Good evening! I am writing to you as I got some issues with my bill recently.
Last Monday, i clicked the 'order' bottom by mistake when checking the online subscription HD Cable Mini Combi. I immediately contacted the call center, and after ~15min, one of the customer service told me that she managed to cancel my subscription, and I do not need to do anything else, neither will I receive any bill on that.
But obviously this is not true. I still received a bill and it not only includes HD Cable Mini Combi but also Phone Plus, which I even do not hear it before. I tried to contact the call center, but it's either busy or someone cannot speak English. I also tried to contact by online form but never got a reply.
Could you please help me to check? [M]
