After a few messages and phone calls my previous two issues were solved financially (additional charge removed) - but no-one contacted me to reset my Direct Debit -so I have decided to check & pay my bill every month manually.
This month I wish to dispute the call charges on our bill. We subscribe to Horizon Super Combi which is meant to include 1000 free minutes to other Swiss networks. Our call charges (18.40CHF) appear to be as a result of 3 separate calls to 3 Swisscom mobiles- all of which were less than 15 minutes duration. So we believe these should be included in our package & should therefore be free- could you please investigate? Thank you.
