Hi. Our contract started with Cablecom earlier this year and the initial bills were paid successfully by direct debit.) However, we have just received a bill in the post and disagree / don't understand a number of things:
1) The monthly charge for our package seems to have gone up without consultation.
2) The last two bills have not been paid apparently - what has happened to the Direct Debit set up?
3) Also been charged a 25chf fee for late payment because of the above
I will make a phone call if necessary - but my German is very basic at the moment - only just started learning. Can anyone advise on how to proceed? Thanks.
