Last month settled amount charged Again this month..

Dear Moderator,

   Got our service (Horizon Start Duo) activated on 25.10.14 with a single box and till date my liability till end of Dec 31.12.14 is as follows -

  Total 192.10

   Already have a Credit of 127.10 from November month. So, the december bill should be 65 CHF (192.10 - 127.10). Whereas the bill is of 157.95.

     Looking at the bill seemed like they charged back the november month usage and activation charge again, which was already settled last month.

   On calling customer care they started the same story again that another box was activated from your side on 11.11.14 and Nov service usage belong to that box. How can one person be charged twice ? At first we never asked for another box UPC sent it on its own, and we had not even opened the second box and returned it back same day to UPC then how can we activate it. Only one box is activated and is in use since 25th Oct.

  Moderator can you please look and my overall Billing and please get it recitified !! Now I am very confused what to do.

If you check our communication last month you got this 2 box issue sorted out for us.

Looking for a quick resolution !!

    Yes Sani from Moderartor team helped me last time overcome this 2 boxes technical issue, but now the problem is in Bill and not a technical one !!
