No bill for April 2014 and No confirmation for canceling TV
I have not received the bill for April 2014. Normally I got it at the beginning of each month.
I made a call to cablecom to cancel my TV (but keep internet) contract in Feb 2014. But until now I have not received any confirmation for this cancellation. The TV service should stop by the end of April. Due to the missing bill, I don't know if the cancellation is in progress.
