Hello, i paid my overdue amount 5 days ago(For: upc cablecom GmbH, 8005, Zurich, 80-367-9), also sended an e-mail for express reactivation, my connection was reactivated, but my balance info at My UPC page is same that was before. Is it possible that your collegue didnt recivied payment yet or maybe i should do something more?

You have correctly transferred money to the right account number last Friday. It can take 3 to 5 days until this is booked in our system. If tomorrow, the 12th of February the payment is still not visible please contact our Hotline at 0800 66 88 66 referring to the interaction of the 6th of February or send your receipt directly to firstname.lastname@example.org asking to look for your payment.
Most likely the payment will be received and booked by today.
