Recent Bill

I have received my latest bill from Cablecom, of which I have a few issues!  In November I contacted your company to cancel my subscription, as I was not receiving Internet.

I received a phone call from your sales department offering me a FREE upgrade with TV & home phone for the SAME PRICE I was currently paying, provided that I stayed for another year. I told the guy I didn't need the TV or Home phone package, but agreed to take the upgrade. My latest bill is now asking me to pay for a Combi HD Mediabox + FreePhone Weekend. ( I do not have a TV or Home Phone!) I was told that the installation fee would be wavered because of the problems I was experiencing, but this does not reflect on my bill ! Please could someone contact me regarding this bill.  Thank you.
