Refund for overpayment

Hi,

I am writing here, because after one month of trying to get my refund for overpayment (trop-perçu), I seem to be incapable of getting a clear answer from Cablecom.

I have returned the cheque you sent me in May, and have requested you make an electronic deposit to my bank account.

Could someone please tell me the status of my refund?
