For the last month or so I am no longer able to play .avi files via any media player on our Horizon box. .mkv plays perfectly. Anyone have any insight or ideas why or what changed? If we try to play .AVI we get a 9020 error, and customer service does not seem to have any clue about what to do with the error code :/
This error exists since the introduction of the Horizon Box. There is no way to solve it or trying to avoid it

Thanks, one would think that since they have getting the same complaints since the beginning they could have worked on it by now or at least be a little more clued up when you call them.
For us it only started a while ago, after receiving a new box. Funny thing is, TV series episodes in .avi plays fine, only problem is with movies.
