I ordered a P30 Pro at 2nd of April and the sales team said in 3-6 days it will come and ready to be used. And now it has been 2 weeks. First week, I got a message that credit management needed my ID, okay I gave them 2 mins after they emailed me. Next two days, I checked with UPC again and they said it is okay and your order is positive. After a couple of days, I received my SIM card from the post which I thought also one bundle with the phone. SO I called again and asked hows my phone and they said they are still checking your credit. Okay then after 2 days, they said check was positive and order will go on. and now, no update at all and if my phone do not arrive in April, I want to cancel it and hope to get a 250 cashback as you guys will make me unable to obtain the 250chf SONOS speakers from HUAWEI. I mean you call yourself number 1 and everything and your sales management is just talking some empty things. IF you cannot get me the device for 3-6 days, then tell me OR us cos i saw that it has been a repeat problem. I hope this week my phone can arrive as it will make me slightly happy.
