I switched from Orange to Cablecom and my connection got activated on 12th June. While I can make and receive the calls, mobile data is not activated.
I followed all the steps in the support and manually created the APN's called the support team who said that they will call me back but I did not get any support from them so far. Today, I called the support team and after waiting on the line for 45 minutes, the kind support staff told me that they do not provide support in English on Saturday and Sunday. Could someone assist me to fix the issue. I am sure that this is a technical issue from Cablecom's end and need technical support to look into the issue to fix it. Thanks in advance.
