Announcement of a move - Customer service catastrophic - Overcharged !
After a phone call with customer service for my move last April, I paid the April bill on my account.
I had no news for two months! Following which I received an email notification for an invoice of 81.- in August!
After a phone call with the customer service it turns out that a final invoice was made in June without notifications (email, post mail) then 25.- of recall costs has been charged in August for an invoice I wasn’t notify about!
After that, the June bill was paid and then I wrote to UPC to challenge the callback fee, no answer but I did receive the reminder mail for the recall fee!
All that for a move announced in UPC where there is no UPC network coverage!
