Incorrect monthly fee in my invoice

Hello,

My customer number is 6792929. I recently received my bill for the last 7 months. (Bill number: 182339659) And I was supposed to get promotional discount, but I was charged for full price without discounts. My plan is connect 600, and I am supposed to pay 39 CHF but I got charged 99 CHF each month for 7 months. Could you please take a look at my invoice and correct the problems? Thanks.

@kajahu , Welcome to the community and thanks for your message.

 

First of all we would like to apologize that the promised promotion was not activated. This is our mistake.

 

We have done the following:

- the correct promotion was entered in the system as of 01.04.2020
- we have credited the difference of CHF 381.66 for the period from 01.09.2019 to 31.03.2020
- the credit will be available via MyUPC within the next few days
- from the next invoice the promotion will be listed correctly again

 

Please excuse our mistake again.
