No bill/usage info in my account



I don't see any information when logged in to my upc account (#edited by Mod)

I set my payment methods to recieve bills by email since I first created my account in September but I still receive bills by post every month. I don't want to bill by post to avoid the extra fee. Please see attchments.


I once called the call center but nothing has been fixed so far.


Could you please fix this ?
