Paper bill

I have received a paper bill. How do I move to e-bill only? I looked all around myupc and I think I'm already electronic only since the beginning so don't know why i still received the invoice by paper.

Hi Daniele, thank you for the explanation.
I (hopefully) have already done this as it says as the following (see below). Let's see what happens next month then if the notification setting is as it should be.
