Warning that hispeed.ch. emails are being hacked and cablecom cannot prevent this. My account was hacked and now I have lost 8 years worth of e.mail which cablecom claim they cannot restore. So no proper security measures implemented, no data back up in place and customer service which has no idea how to fix this and blames everyone except cablecom.
If you have an e.mail account with cablecom I would be very careful to ensure you back up your e.mails because they clearly don't and I would check your security settings as well as they clearly don't do this either.
I will obviously switch e.mail now to a company that cares about security and customer privacy.
