I'm a new UPC customer and today received a sim card without activation code. I tried calling UPC support but no one could help me out, and forwarded my request to another call agent which of couse I waited another 30mins without any answer. I repeated the same process over and over again in the last two hours… I just don't know how to get this solved.
Could you please activate my sim card please?
