May I order more than one Mobile subscription ?

I want to buy 3 or 4 mobile subscriptions "SWISS 1 GB" for my family,

I ordered one subscription, (one SIM card, with Number-porting  date 01 October 2020). 

 

When I try to order a second SIM card, I see a message "You have a pending open order which is in processing", and I can't place a new order.

 

My question is:

May I order a second /third/fouth  subscription "SWISS 1 GB"  from my account?

If yes: How I can do it? How long I should wait between the orders or how I can work around a message "You have a pending open order which is in processing"  and place all 3 orders together?

@R504 , Since one order is currently in progress, it prevents further orders. You are welcome to contact our customer service at 0800 66 88 66 so they can track your future mobile subscriptions.

I'm sorry for the delay in this feedback.

 

I called UPC customer service just today.
No problem, everything was resolved very quickly and professionally.

 

A small note: officially, I cannot select English when calling, so I chose German. But in fact we spoke English: fast and effective support!
