I cannot login into the UPC phone App although username and password are correct.
I am using Swisscom as mobile provider and Android mobile.
I have tried several times
Do you have written your mail address on the section "username" or do you have written something else ?

even it was working smooth on my iPad Pro when it was running on ios 10 however as I have updated to ios 11.3 whenever now I am opening the app it only loads a blank screen on the start up and crashes after a while automatically. How do I fix it?
I also having this issue after updating my iphone to iOS 12 before when it was on iOS 11.3 it worked well and i can confirm that this is an app issue because my friend has the same issue on his iPhone running on iOS 12. Please fix it.
