Yesterday evening was not able to watch Netflix and got error msg: CS2401.
Pls advise what to do.
@Jargalsaihan , Please restart your Connect Box and then restart the UPC TV Box. Will it work again?
@Jargalsaihan , I'm rebooting your Modem. After that I will restart your UPC TV Box. Can you connect the UPC TV Box once via LAN cable? Does the App Store work if you have connected the UPC TV Box via LAN?
