@RONNEELY45, the settings of your two UPC TV boxes are correct and both are the same. Can you explain in more detail what your error image is? Do you have a specific channel and a show where the cause occurs? Does the error then occur on both devices? Do you have a surround system connected to one UPC TV box and none connected to the other?
