@RONNEELY45, In this case it concerns this cause which I posted last week:

"There are currently restrictions on the UPC TV replay and recording function.

It is possible that your recordings of the last 7 days have been deleted. We

apologize for this. We will do our best to resolve the situation as soon as

possible so that you can use the entire UPC TV service again soon."

@RONNEELY45, is your request about playing a recording? Have you already restarted your UPC TV Box?

I recorded snooker on Feb. 5 and now when I go to SAVED, OK, RECORDED(see all), go to snooker, open the Feb. 5 recording(which shows 4 hours), PLAY FROM BEGINNING, it makes the blue circle for a second and then comes: RECORDING PLAYBACK FAILED CS2212.
