Connect Box TV keeps buffering and Replay not available

I am extremely unhappy and dissappointed currently with my TV Connect Box.

 

1) After recording a film and saved I tried to watch last night but after 20 minutes the screen says BUFFERING and then the Error code CS2005 Failure Low Bandwidth. Replay is not possible.

 

2) After checking dianostics and signal strength it said connected to Wifi Signal strength 80%

     but could not do replay on Live Channel or on my recording.

 

3) When I tried to change to another Wifi id for a different signal ie: 5.0 GHz freq. it asked me to input the Password, but I had already inputted the password beforehand, why is it asking for the Password again. Did it not Save it last time. I am sure I did because I was able to connect before.

 

4) If I record something is the recording held on my connect box or is it having to be downloaded from a UPC Server somewhere else? Which means the Server was having the Low Bandwidth

 

all these problems are happening more frequently now and instead of the service improving it is getting worse. I am seriously considering changing my provider to another

@GC9437_69 , In this case I have no other solutions than to install a professional WIFI cover from e.g. Ubiquity. In any case, these error messages mean that there is insufficient bandwidth available, so anything IP based does not work reliably.

@GC9437_69 , We see that you are using powerline adapters. Is the UPC TV Box connected via such a device? If so, connect the UPC TV Box directly to the modem as a test and test it again. If the error has disappeared, we recommend a direct connection via LAN without other devices in between.

Thanks for the reply

But unfortunately the modem is upstairs directly connected via Ethernet to my Desktop PC and

I cannot connect the TV Connect Box which is downstairs over 30 meters in cable length away.
