No service at all - fom one minute to the next. What's going on?
Hi. Thank you for asking. There is an incident for your region. You can check the status on your own myupc account as well as discribed here: https://www.upc.ch/en/support/service-status/
We did check to see if UPC had any issue in our region on the disruption site... it said there was no problems. Not so good a service if people know there is a problem before UPC does.
