@extratall , We do not have this information. We are not an IPTV provider. Our TV offer can only be consumed with the receivers.
Have you ever tried to assign a fixed IP address to the MAC address of the UPC TV Box and then restart the UPC TV Box? I think the cause must be checked with Synology Router.

Thank you Daniele. The problem is now resolved. The router and cabling to the router is fine. The problem was with the internal ethernet cabling within the property which has now been upgraded. Thank you for your time and patience.
