Missing bill for October

Hi, we have been a customer since April this year and have received ebills regularly every month. However, for October we have not received a bill and there is nothing in MyUPC either?

Your customer account has a minus amount. Therefore no invoice was sent for October.

Our account is in credit not minus. Do you mean because of this we won’t receive a bill?
