It's been few days that when I log in in the Netflix app on my UPC TV, I'm stuck on the "Whos watching Netflix" page. I can move the cursor nor presso ok and move on.
Anyone experiencing the same issue and knows how to solve it?

I see that you have connected the UPC TV Box via WIFI 5GHz Can you please try the following solutions?
1. If possible, connect your UPC TV Box via LAN cable directly from your modem without switches, routers or powerline adapters in between.
2. if you can't connect via LAN, you should rename one of your WIFI's For the 5GHz Wifi you can add a _5GHz at the end. Then you connect your UPC TV Box via 2.4GHz WIFI.

Everything works well with the TV, channel, replay and so on...
With Netflix, the applications open and get stucked on the user selection!
It looks more like a software issue rather than a connection issue as suddenly the remote can't navigate amongst the users!
