New subscription

Hi,

 

My subscription expires and I received a letter to choose one of three option at upc.ch/offer. I could see these options but they are not available anymore and I have chosen the new option yet. How can I choose it?

According to the tool a selection has already been made with your code. Unfortunately we have no insight into which one you have selected.

Hi Daniele,

 
Currently, there is a field to record my details and code but there are no options visible (I was expecting that they would appear after entering these details).
Can you please guide me on what I need to do?
We want the internet 100 plus 240 TV channels option.
