Hi All. It has now been an hour since I posted my question. Are there any moderators watching today??
As customers of UPC, we pay a lot for the services that are supposed to be provided. Not all of us have the luxury of waiting on hold on the telephone to wait for an answer to our questions. I sometimes wonder if the Community is here for the customers or to look good for Swiss regulators!!
Apologies if this upsets anyone but it seems a correct response to a NON response.
@Biggsp , We have made a test of 20 minutes pause on SRF1. The program stayed on pause and was not played any longer. So we can't reproduce your error image. Please contact our technical support at 0800 66 88 66 if you still have the bug.
