@gattaramya , We cannot confirm a failure in Basel. But we can see that all devices are connected via WIFI. Furthermore, your two WIFIs have the same name.
For HomeOffice we recommend to connect the device via LAN. Concerning your WIFI, we recommend to adapt one of them and to add a _5GHz at the end of the 5GHz WIFI.
Thank you for the reply. We just changed the names of Wi-fi now and hope it works.. But as i speak, it got disconnected again and I see the LED lights on the modem. I am attaching the pic of the same.
Normally, whenever we are connected to the network, we don't see any LED lights on the modem.
