Hi,

 

i want to disable Wi-free, but don't see any option on the router config, neither my upc profile back at my.upc.ch !!

 

what to do ??

Hi,

 

I opted out of wi-free online a long time back.  However after a reset on the connect box, much to my annoyance it is back.

 

Can you please disable it for me?  Customer ID: 0053399

 

This really should be an option in the UI, I do not like this remotely administered.  I pay for this, it should be 100% my choice.

Result.  All gone. thanks for your help.

 

I really do not like the lack of control I have over this.  Earlier, I put the router in modem mode to kill all the wifi functions.  I will do this again when I get a wi-fi 6 router.

I'm a new customer. I did not activate Wi-Free, but the router is still opening a Wi-Free network. Could you please deactivate it?
